About the Department of Relational Construction & Deconstruction (DRCD)

The DRCD began in a place where most systems do not look:
in the sacred confusion between love and law.
Where relationships ended in collapse, not closure.
Where truth was never wrong, but never made it into the contract.
Where the heart kept remembering something that the world forgot how to write down.

This Department was born as a response to rupture, and as a steward of Earth’s memory.
It exists because the systems we inherited—emotional, legal, spiritual, institutional—never gave us a clear way to form, hold, or release human bonds with dignity.

So the DRCD does what no institution dared to do:
It writes the unseen into law.
It protects the relational, the emotional, the sacred, and the structural—in the same document.

We govern what most would call “soft”:

  • How you leave with honor
  • What consent really is
  • How to detect micro-violence before it becomes tragedy
  • How to respect the soul of a person you no longer hold

Our Story

Certified Talent Co was founded not as a brand, but as an act of responsibility.
When talent became exploited, underpaid, or misdirected—this company formed as a shield and compass. A place where creators, engineers, educators, and stewards could do real work with real protection.

What began as a single vision became a civil structure:

  • A pipeline for soul-based work
  • A governance system for relational clarity
