DRCD Licensing, Distribution & Accountability Terms

1. Purpose of This Policy
The Department of Relational Construction & Deconstruction (DRCD) develops and governs frameworks designed to create structured, ethical, and harm-reducing relational systems. All DRCD materials—including charters, clauses, and protocols—are intellectual property protected under the Certified Talent Co™ legal framework.
This page explains who may use DRCD materials, under what conditions, and the penalties for misuse.
2. Licensing Scope
Who Needs a License?
- Government entities adopting DRCD systems for civic or legal structures
- Educational institutions implementing DRCD-based programs
- Businesses integrating DRCD models into HR, compliance, or wellness frameworks
- Nonprofits applying DRCD tools for structured social interventions
Who Does NOT Need a License?
- Individuals using DRCD tools for personal growth in non-commercial settings
- Educational discussion and non-commercial academic work with attribution
3. Approved Use Cases
- Adoption of DRCD clauses into workplace or institutional policies
- Quoting DRCD text for research or training purposes (with full attribution)
- Pilot testing DRCD frameworks in authorized environments
4. Prohibited Actions
- Reselling or rebranding DRCD frameworks without permission
- Removing or altering attribution from DRCD content
- Misusing DRCD clauses to impose coercive or harmful practices
5. Penalty & Enforcement Terms
Violations of these terms result in:
- Public disclosure of the breach
- Financial penalties as outlined in the Institutional Licensing Agreement
- Legal recourse under intellectual property law

7. Attribution Language (Mandatory)
