1. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, services, systems, and materials provided by Certified Talent Co™ are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is prohibited.

2. Contributor Content

By submitting content (music, film, written works), you grant Certified Talent Co™ a perpetual, worldwide license to use, distribute, and monetize the content as part of CTC’s services.

3. Payment & Compensation

Compensation for contributions (music, film, business ideas) is outlined in separate Contributor or Licensing Agreements provided upon acceptance.

4. Restrictions

Users may not:

• Attempt to replicate or reverse-engineer CTC systems
• Submit fraudulent or infringing content
• Misrepresent their identity or ownership of content

5. Enforcement

Certified Talent Co™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, revoke licenses, and take legal action for violations.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
