What is Certified Talent Co™?

Certified Talent Co™ (CTC) is an innovation and systems development company founded by Kerry S. Grant. We create business frameworks, creative platforms, and social systems that drive human progress and stability.

What is DRCD, and how does it relate to CTC?

DRCD stands for the Department of Relational Construction & Deconstruction. It is a structural framework for building and exiting relationships in healthy, ethical ways. CTC serves as the commercial arm, offering licensed systems and tools for individuals, businesses, and governments.

Are the business ideas from CTC free to use?

No. Ideas presented through CTC Idea Block remain intellectual property of CTC unless licensed or purchased.

How does CTC Music Hub work?

Musicians and Music Producers collaborate to create music and develop Talent. All projects are distributed through CTC Music™, and contributors receive commission and royalty shares under our distribution terms.

How does CTC Films handle submissions?

Contributors submit video content (or ideas) under a Contributor License Agreement. CTC distributes and monetizes approved content, and contributors receive agreed-upon commissions and potential royalties.

What is the Service Block for businesses?

A membership-based program for businesses who could never imagine any other way to create revenue, like restaurants and retail stores. It introduces new public-facing services to boost loyalty, reduce losses, and increase revenue. Optional sponsorship opportunities are available.

Does CTC provide legal or employment services?

No. CTC provides advisory frameworks and creative solutions only. We do not offer legal counsel, and employment roles are limited to internal CTC operations when available.

How does DRCD integrate with government and institutions?

Governments and institutions can license DRCD frameworks for policy, education, and relational governance. These models do not replace laws unless adopted formally.

How do I apply for services or partnerships?

Visit the Adoption & Partnership Portal on our site, choose your category (Individual, Business, Government), and complete the intake form. You’ll receive next steps by email.

How does CTC protect intellectual property?

CTC uses IP timestamping, legal agreements, and strict enforcement policies. Unauthorized use of ideas or frameworks will result in immediate legal action.

Is Certified Talent Co hiring?
