Contributor Agreement (Legal)
This applies to CTC Sight and CTC Music media uploads.
Certified Talent Co™ Contributor License Agreement
Effective Date: July 30, 2025
By submitting any media (including, but not limited to, video, audio, images, text, and related content) to Certified Talent Co™ (“CTC”), you (“Contributor”) agree to the following terms:
1. License Grant
Contributor grants CTC a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-bearing license to:
- Display, distribute, edit, reproduce, and monetize the submitted content across all media formats.
- Use content in connection with entertainment, marketing, and derivative projects.
2. Ownership & Attribution
- Contributor retains original ownership of submitted content but agrees CTC has exclusive distribution rights for all commercial uses under this agreement.
- Contributor will receive credit where appropriate and revenue share as outlined in individual project agreements.
3. Revenue & Compensation
- Contributors may receive:
- A commission on initial sales/revenue shares if content is used in monetized media.
- Royalty payments for extended use in derivative works (terms vary per project).
- CTC reserves the right to adjust royalty models as industry conditions change, with notice to contributors.
4. Content Requirements
Contributor agrees content:
- Does not infringe on third-party rights.
- Does not contain illegal, harmful, or defamatory material.
5. Enforcement & Violations
Any attempt to withdraw submitted content after acceptance or exploit CTC’s systems outside agreed terms constitutes a breach enforceable under U.S. intellectual property law.
Acknowledgment
By submitting content, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and certify that you are at least 18 years of age (or have guardian consent if under 18).
